Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support on the management of litigation, disputes, and
investigations from inception to resolution
Conduct and analyze complex research, including applicable laws and
regulations
Assist with discovery processes and maintain electronic matter
management systems
Required Qualifications:
4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
5+ years of complex civil litigation paralegal experience
(Preferred)
American Bar Association (ABA) Paralegal Certificate
(Preferred)
Project Management Certification (Preferred)
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered
