A company is looking for a Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence
File pleadings electronically and manage case updates
Schedule appointments and maintain structured case files
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; secondary education or
some college preferred
3-5 years of Litigation Paralegal experience or general knowledge
of litigation/foreclosure proceedings
Certified Paralegal designation is a plus
Knowledge of Real Estate and/or Creditors' Rights is a plus
