Overview: Apply your outstanding organizational skills and

an Operations Specialist, you will work as a part of the
Professional Services Operations team, helping ensure business
operations across the Division are being performed and supported in
an efficient, effective, and timely manner. We invite you to use
your communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills to
collaborate with stakeholders, support evolving business
requirements, and coordinate operational initiatives.
Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate, and analyze pertinent
documentation and reports related to operational objectives
Proactively status initiatives, report issues, track outcomes, and
recommend opportunities for improvement
Work with leadership to develop, implement, and execute standard
policies, procedures, and business processes across the
Contribute to resource planning initiatives including developing
head count forecasts and requisitions, prioritization, tracking of

domestic and international offices as well as supporting future of

Requirements: Demonstrated ability to work with both internal and
external customers in a service-oriented business environment

Sound administrative and organizational skills including research
and report writing
Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously
with a professional and positive demeanor
Bachelor's or master's in a business discipline, operations
management, or other related field
3+ years of recent successful work history in an administrative
field supporting large groups
Recommended Qualifications: Experience/familiarity with GIS
concepts and/or Esri technology
Experience with Microsoft Office products, SAP, Power BI
