Work on assignments that are complex in nature where high levels of judgment are required to resolve problems and make recommendations. You excel with keeping things on-track. Complete assignments in a timely manner with minimal or no instruction on routine work and with general instruction on new assignments. Travel the world from your desk. Initiate and coordinate projects that span the globe and oversee travel arrangements that include US, international, and complex requirements. Attention to detail is your middle name. Manage the time, focus and communications of the company's most senior executives. This includes prioritizing a wide variety of executive, cross-company and multi-company communications planning, organization and meetings. You wrote the definition of being organized. Be ready to help others overcome obstacles, provide executives with status updates, and identify where executives may need to provide emphasis. Look ahead to anticipate and - address needs both from a tactical and a strategic perspective.
