Job Description:
Overview:Join a fast-paced and challenging environment where you

others to support our software user community. A detail-oriented
individual is needed to coordinate and manage logistics for
training classes as well as support a variety of other trainings
and programs including user conference, internal and distributor
trainings, and training certification.Responsibilities:Coordinate
and manage all logistics for training classes by collaborating with
customers and teams across EsriIdentify and analyze customer needs
and recommend appropriate solutionsBuild and maintain relationships
with customers to support training sales goals and customer
experienceDevelop, manage, and communicate event details in
alignment with customer needs, including requested schedules,
staffing, equipment, classroom setup, and location detailsAct as
the main point of contact for customers and internal teams for
training class coordination needsIncrease revenue by enrolling
wait-listed and cancelled upon students in classesGenerate
predefined or ad-hoc SAP reports and additional tasks as
neededRequirements:2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced
and deadline-oriented business environmentExcellent written and
verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills for
communication with internal and external customersStrong
collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and an
ability to work with deadlines and multiple tasks
simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail, flexible with last minute
changes and requests, and ability to work independentlyCustomer
focused and customer service orientedProficient with Microsoft
Office suite including Outlook, Word, and ExcelMinimum typing speed
of 45 wpmBachelor s in business administration, marketing,
communication, or related fieldRecommended Qualifications:4+ years
of experience in a professional office environment3+ years of
customer service experienceKnowledge of SAP R/3, S/4HANA, and
