Job Description Department: Planning Location: Redlands, CA. Compensation: Full time hourly plus benefits. (Non-Exempt Employee). Education and Experience High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). Required Skills Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate: --- Computer data entry skills --- History of stable and long-term prior employment --- High Attention to detail --- Good interpersonal skills and ability to get along with others --- Ability to read and comprehend basic English --- Ability to use basic math --- Ability to follow directions and work independently --- Able to perform and understand cycle counting --- Able to understand "first in, first out" (FIFO) inventory control --- Ability to work quickly without making errors --- Able to work in a fast pace environment --- Ability to change tasks and manage workflow Job Duties Job duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: --- Work hours from 7am to 3:30pm --- Sorting and receiving inbound inventory --- Staging inventory in warehouse --- Assisting and/or performing cycle counts --- Maintain stockroom in a clean and orderly fashion --- Pull parts for work orders --- Must following plant safety procedures including use of hazardous chemicals --- Must maintain a clean and organized work area --- Must follow all procedures established for ISO 9001 Quality Management System --- Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Successful Candidates must be able to perform the following: --- Able to lift 20 pounds to from floor to above your head --- Constant bending or stooping --- Walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods of time required --- Good eyesight and ability to differentiate between colors Other A basic English and Math test will be administered as part of the pre-selection process.
