Job Description Hiring Immediately Immediate opening for Machine Operators 2nd Shift at a busy and well-established precision manufacturing company with numerous opportunities for growth. We are looking for operators with HAAS MILL experience. You will contribute to the production and manufacturing of connectors and precision components for industries like Aerospace, Defense, and more. Join a team that cares about the success and growth of their people, and that encourages a positive and welcome working environment 2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM $20.00 / per hour ($18.00 differential $2) Job Description: Run/operate machines HAAS MILLS operation. Inspect parts and make machine adjustments as instructed to achieve production requirements. Inspect and measure finished product to ensure proper completion of process. Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment. Read and follow work orders, schematics, blueprints. Perform basic troubleshooting on machines May operate punch press, mills/lathes, conventional manufacturing machines. Provide support to other areas of the production processes Requirements: 1 year of HASS MILL operator experience is a MUST 2 years of machine operator experience Lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs. High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills. Must be able to use a calculator. Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Must be able to read and follow written instructions (blueprints, work orders, travelers, schematics) Must have reliable transportation Benefits: Health Insurance 4-day work week Weekly pay Growth Opportunities Job Stability $18.00 per hour PLUS $2 for second shift differential
