Bchlr's degree or foreign equiv in Industrial Design or rel.
field & 5 yrs of post-bacc.
exp.
as R&D Mngr, Advanced Design & Innovation Mngr, or rel.
role within the consumer products field.
Exp.
must incl.
SolidWorks 3D modeling; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign;
Formlabs 3D Printing; working knowledge of electrical & electronic
controls for motorized & heated products; use of CNC machines,
Mills, lathes, & bandsaws for prototype verification.
Pos.
req.
periodic, intermittent trvl up to 15% to production plants outside
the U.S.; Pos.
supervises 6 employees.

$180k to $380k/yr.
