Job Description:
A company is looking for a Leave Specialist to administer Family
Medical Leave Act policies and support operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist associates with Leave of Absence requests and guide them
through the process
Process LOA paperwork and administer the FMLA policy, ensuring
compliance with regulations
Maintain records of LOA requests and generate reports as
required
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
2-5 years of experience in FMLA claim administration or a related
field
Current experience in the integrated disability and absence
management industry
Solid understanding of FMLA and employment regulations
Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by
educational services
