A company is looking for an Ecommerce Experience Strategist.
Key Responsibilities
Represent business and customer experience perspectives on capital
projects for gifting features
Act as the primary digital experience liaison with cross-functional
partners to support gifting projects
Analyze gifting trends and insights, conducting benchmarking
research and reporting on program performance
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a strategy or customer experience
role
Deep knowledge of the global retail or e-commerce B2C industry
Experience with business analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
and Tableau
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a
customer-centric environment
Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on data-driven
decision-making
