Job Description:

A company is looking for an Oversight Specialist (Mortgage Servicing).
Key Responsibilities

Review accounts to ensure quality and consistency in loan servicing
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements based on quality evaluations
Collaborate with Compliance and business partners to meet departmental quality standards

Required Qualifications and Experience

3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
Proven knowledge of residential mortgage practices and processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software
Experience in data analytics and ensuring data integrity
Knowledge of Quality Control functions related to FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/VA, and USDA requirements
