Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer for
their Commercial Banking Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the strategic monitoring and enhancement of the digital user
experience for banking products and services
Provide support for digital products and corporate initiatives,
potentially mentoring less experienced designers
Conduct user testing to ensure successful design implementations
and develop analytic processes for monitoring user engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in User Design, or a
High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
Preferred experience in the Financial Services Industry,
particularly with commercial banking platforms
Proficiency in design systems, user research, Figma, Jira, and
Confluence
Ability to work within an Agile environment
Understanding of payments products for commercial banking
clients
