Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality
service
Promote best practices and guide the team in handling claims
efficiently
Manage workloads, define team goals, and drive talent through
hiring and training
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states handling
claims
Claims background in Workers Compensation
Prior leadership experience of 10+ years, including 2+ years in a
supervisory role
