Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Experience Advisor to
manage employee experience projects and analyze employee
feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance the employee feedback loop by analyzing
various survey data
Collect and analyze employee feedback to produce metrics for HR and
management
Collaborate with various departments to promote and improve the
employee experience across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business-related fields, or
equivalent experience
Experience in employee experience planning/mapping and analysis
Good project management and change management skills
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly
Excel
Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends
