Job Description:
A company is looking for a Home Retention Outreach
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Initiates outbound contact with borrowers to assess their financial
situation and identify loss mitigation options
Handles inbound inquiries regarding loss mitigation processes and
assists borrowers with required documentation
Ensures compliance with mortgage laws and guidelines while
providing timely updates to borrowers
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in mortgage default servicing or loss
mitigation preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree
preferred
Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology and practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be able to pass a background investigation
