Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support & Nutrition
Specialist (German).
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service by responding to inquiries via various
channels with a friendly and knowledgeable approach
Offer evidence-based nutritional counseling on nutrition,
supplementation, and longevity
Support content creation and quality assurance for customer-facing
materials and gather customer feedback for product and service
improvement
Required Qualifications
Completed degree in nutrition science, ecotrophology, or a related
field
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the field of
nutrition
Very good German and good English language skills, both written and
spoken
Ideally some experience in customer service or customer
communication
Confident in using digital tools such as helpdesk systems and
CRM
