Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicare Set-Aside (MSA)
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Review and edit medical abstractions and MSA allocations to meet
quality standards and client expectations
Analyze and apply CMS guidelines and state regulations for Medicare
Secondary Payer compliance
Support the preparation of MSA packages for submission to CMS and
maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in workers' compensation, liability claims,
or Medicare compliance
Strong knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer Act and CMS MSA
guidelines
Proficiency in medical terminology and interpreting medical
records
Certified Medicare Set-Aside Consultant (CMSP, MSCC, or equivalent
certification) is preferred
Experience with CMS submission processes is a plus
