Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist to manage member
enrollment in care management programs.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound enrollment calls to members using an automated dialer
and meet productivity metrics
Explain the VBCM program and schedule appointments between members
and Care Managers
Accurately collect, input, and update member data in the
appropriate systems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
Minimum of one year experience in a sales-driven, call center, or
customer service environment
Experience in clinical environments preferred
