Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer to work
remotely and assist clients in securing loans.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in the mortgage application process
Evaluate and analyze loan applications and financial documents
Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
throughout the loan process
Required Qualifications
Experience as a mortgage loan officer or in a related field
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with various loan products including FNMA, FHLMC, VA,
FHA, USDA, and Non-QM
Ability to work remotely from a home office
Full-time availability
