A company is looking for a Financial Services Head of FP&A
(remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee annual and long-term financial planning and budgeting
processes
Develop and implement policies and systems to support
organizational growth
Lead financial analyses and prepare forecasts to inform
decision-making
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in financial planning
and analysis
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or
related field; advanced degrees preferred
Proven experience in financial services or fintech environments
Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
Exceptional leadership and team management skills in a remote work
environment
