Job Description:
A company is looking for a Governance & Control Specialist
Compliance COE.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of compliance program elements within
the first line of defense
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute risk strategies
in alignment with business objectives
Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to enhance compliance
processes and controls across various business units
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in consumer regulatory
compliance
Advanced knowledge of governance, risk, and control procedures
Experience in leading projects and managing teams
Familiarity with compliance regulations such as Reg Z, FCRA, and
ECOA
