Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Relations Coordinator to
serve as a liaison between the organization and its network of
healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing
inquiries related to credentialing, onboarding, reimbursement, and
compliance
Maintain and update provider records in internal databases while
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Coordinate provider education on policies, systems, and processes,
and assist with reporting and audits for regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in legal administration, office
management, or healthcare operations
Demonstrated experience in HR, payroll, and vendor relations
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with internal systems
or databases is a plus
Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of working
independently in a remote setting
