A company is looking for a Learning & Development Lead (US).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the L&D team to create onboarding, upskilling, and
coaching programs that align with company values
Develop managers and agents to provide exceptional service through
empathy and critical thinking
Design systems for real-time feedback and performance measurement
to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Learning & Development or related fields, with 3+ years
in a management role
Experience in programs that reduce ramp time and enhance support
outcomes
Strong writing skills for clear and effective training
documentation
A portfolio showcasing systems or programs developed based on
measurable feedback
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments focused
on performance change
