Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial P&C Product Specialist
(Remote/Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Drive product level projects and enhance the product suite by
managing forms and filing changes
Ensure compliance of all forms with legal, compliance, and IT teams
while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability
Provide education and training to sales teams, underwriters, and
external partners, while developing tools for effective
communication of compliance information
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related discipline;
MBA or advanced degree preferred
CPCU, CIC, or equivalent certification highly desirable
At least 8 years of Product Management experience with increasing
responsibility
Expert knowledge in financial services operations and implications
for new products
Proven capability in strategic thinking and innovation
