Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote IT Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tier 1 technical support and resolve support tickets in a
timely manner
Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex
issues
Document and maintain accurate records of support tickets and
resolutions
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of networking concepts and implementation
Understanding of software concepts and usage
Experience in managing electronic communication related to
support
Ability to assist in the creation and maintenance of support
documentation
Experience handling multiple forms of electronic communication
