Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Responds to HR-related inquiries and provides customer service
support
Maintains personnel files and assists with employee onboarding and
benefit administration
Coordinates payroll submissions and manages leave programs while
ensuring compliance with HR regulations
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree in Human Resources or a relevant field preferred;
High School Diploma required
Minimum of three years related experience or equivalent combination
of education and experience
Bilingual in French and English
Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR databases
and HRIS systems
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
