Key Responsibilities:
Process endorsements and update management systems
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries
promptly
Manage email and fax correspondence, including policy changes and
return mail
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of industry or equivalent experience
State required active licensing
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High accuracy in handling large work volumes
