Job Description:
A company is looking for a Surrogate Business Development
Associate to support surrogate recruitment and referral
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative tasks for the Surrogate Business Development
Team, including creating surrogate landing pages and business
profiles
Assist in marketing campaigns to educate participants about
surrogacy and encourage applications
Collaborate with teams to enhance the referral program and support
administrative tasks related to the program
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or some college coursework
Enthusiasm for working with current and former surrogates
Previous experience in healthcare, infertility, or third-party
reproduction is a plus
Strong computer and data entry skills, with experience in Google
platforms and CRM; Salesforce experience is a major plus
Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
