Job Description:
A company is looking for a Direct to Consumer - Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Drive performance of team sales goals while managing individual
sales production pipeline
Provide feedback on pipeline opportunities to streamline processes
and improve customer experience
Mentor and coach team members while coordinating training needs for
new and existing staff
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree
in Finance, Business, or Marketing preferred
5+ years of recent mortgage-related experience
2+ years of Direct Consumer Business experience, preferably as a
loan officer
2+ years of coaching and mentorship experience
Experience with Loan Origination systems and knowledge of qualified
mortgage regulations
