10575 - Sr. Application/Solution ArchitectPurpose:The Sr. architect position is a position of someone with 8+ years' experience implementing large enterprise integration projects across diverse environments. This person must understand the SOA/EAI application architecture, deliver and articulate solutions for integration with other systems, performance tuning, and exploit all features and capabilities of the SOA/EAI suite.Essential Functions:

• Define the system architecture for integration across diverse system domains across Business process domains and Technical domains.
• Work hands-on and assist the development team in building the application, integration, and reporting solutions while resolving complex issues.
• Establish the development standard and the release management processes.
• Design data entities and support the development of protocols across various systems to support the integration needs.
• Devise the testing approach and test script development for system integration testing, data testing, and reports testing.
• Review deliverables of the team to verify that they meet client and contract expectations; implement and enforce high standards for quality deliverables.
• Coordinate the analysis and design sessions and define the application design, data design, integration, and reports design, translating to technical design for successful implementation of Service Bus architecture.
• Manage and ensure project deliverables with respect to quality and timelines.
• Manage effective communication and coordination with all teams to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Serve as subject matter expert for integration protocols across diverse system domains.
• Experience in infrastructure requirements/capacity assessment.
• Extensive knowledge of distributed system architecture and messaging frameworks.
• Develop proof of concept with emerging technologies.
• Evaluate various technologies and choose the opted stack for the given project requirements.Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of technology project implementation experience.
  • 5+ years of architect experience.
  • 4+ years demonstrated team/project leadership experience in solution architect, technical lead, or similar roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in Java reactive programming like Spring Web Flux or Project Reactor.
  • 4+ years of experience in microservices framework and development.
  • Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus architecture and its applicability across diverse integration concepts such as caching, Pub-Sub architecture, OAUTH, and JWT.
  • Applications based on Oracle/JAVA and SQL Server.
  • Excellent knowledge of SOA/EAI/Cloud concepts with specifics on Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat, and Software AG EAI.
  • Understanding of integration concepts such as Service Oriented Architecture and integrating to BPEL/WebMethods/Informatica environments.
  • Experience implementing large scale, complex integration-related projects.
  • Experience in testing and performance tuning of SOA.
  • Strong communication skills: customer relationship, organizational and follow-through skills; excellent presentation skills, technical documentation, and positive attitude.
  • Cloud implementation knowledge is mandatory.
