Overview:
Providetechnical Enterprise Resource Planning expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing workflows and procedures that are extensible and leverage the potential of IT.

Responsibilities:
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for ERP (SAP HANA) and Supply Chain workflows from Procurement, Material Configuration, Inventory, Production, and MRO functionsElicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and task and workflow analysisEvaluate gathered information, identify, and reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract general understanding from low-level information, and collaborate with requestors on meaningful solutionsProactively communicate and collaborate with planning and technical teams to prioritize requirements, evaluate potential solutions, author proposals that promote extensible systematic solutionsCreate and revise analysis artifacts and deliverables as needed such as business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, business rules, and business process modelsCollaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prepare user stories as part of an Agile/Scrum teamSuccessfully engage in multiple, simultaneous initiativesWork independently to define concepts, business needs and project scopeDrive and challenge business units on their assumptions and validate legacy processesCollaborate on integration, Testing Plans, and User Acceptance TestingKeep current on changes in SAP Material Management and ProcurementLead projects in both Scrum and Traditional Project management methodologies

Requirements:
8 years of experience in a cross functional team as a business analyst or project leader8 years of experience of SAP Material Master, SAP ERP Super User Experience in multiple functional modules including Procurement, Configuration, Inventory, Production, and MRO processesUnderstanding of SAP Procure to Pay and product life-cycle managementUnderstanding of logistics invoice verification and inventory controlUnderstanding of SAP production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and materials management workflowCross-functional knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO and SDProcess-driven analysis skills and background in various requirement discovery methods such as DMAICFull Project Life Cycle experience on multiple projectsStrong facilitation skills to elicit requirementsUnderstand technical jargon and possess the ability to communicate in layman's termsProven experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholdersStrong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and managementAbility to analyze and document complex business processesProfessional experience with Data Analytics & Office Productivity ToolsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highly scheduled environmentAdept at conducting research into project-related issues and productsBachelor's in business, computer science, or a related field

Recommended Qualifications:
Master's degree in business, computer science, or a related fieldIntegration experience with Kimble, SalesForce, MuleSoft, and Service NowSAP S/4HANA implementation experienceABAP debugging experienceScrum Master CertificationProject Management Certification
