Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capacity Planning Analyst II to build
and automate capacity planning models and analyze complex issues
within the contact center.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, measures, and monitors operating limits and capacities of
the contact center
Analyzes workforce metrics to manage retention rates and improve
capacity planning
Produces reports evaluating resource capacity and identifies areas
for improvement based on demand
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2 - 4 years of related experience, or
equivalent experience
Ability to prioritize and perform independent decision-making
Effective time management skills
