A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - Workforce
Insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide insights for
improvement
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand their
needs for workforce insights
Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports to
visualize key workforce metrics
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in workforce analytics or a similar
data-driven role
Advanced Excel skills
Basic knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools such as
SQL, R, or Python
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power
BI)
Bachelor's degree preferred
