Job Description:
A company is looking for a Jr. Production Assistant to assist
origination staff with loan setup and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and reviewing loan documents and entering
application information into the Encompass loan system
Communicate with customers and third parties involved in the
mortgage loan transaction
Order and collect additional loan documentation as required
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience required
2+ years of experience in operations such as Processing,
Underwriting, or Loan Setup
Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs
Experience with Encompass 360 loan system
Familiarity with federal and state guidelines like RESPA, TILA, and
HMDA
