Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier I Support Technician -
Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain necessary information from end-users and register support
requests efficiently
Monitor production events and escalate complex issues to senior
team members
Troubleshoot various IT systems and assist in business continuity
and disaster recovery plans
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or
a related field preferred
1 year of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience
with direct client interaction required
Ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and
non-technical personnel
Strong customer service skills with professionalism
