Job Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, taking inbound calls and making outbound calls. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Take Inbound customer calls Make Outbound customer calls Follow up with customers over the phone Schedule service and maintenance appointments Transfer calls Basic dispatching of calls Uphold company policies while keeping customers happy ---Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge about dispatching Basic technological skills (knows how to use office word, excel, outlook, etc) Prior experience preferred Company Description Family Owned & Operated, Ballard Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning has been solving the plumbing, heating, and cooling issues of the Inland Empire since 1949 with exceptional service and quality workmanship.
