Job Description Job Description Position Overview: As the Sales
Development Representative (SDR) you will be focusing on generating
new business opportunities for the company by identifying,
contacting, and qualifying potential customers. You will be
responsible for creating and managing leads through the sales
pipeline. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential
clients, helping them understand how we can best provide for their
businesses. Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Duties/Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate
new business opportunities for the company; Generating sales leads
by calling potential customers from lists provided by our online
marketing, research, call lists; Represent the company’s products
and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer
research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs; Contact
and qualify potential customers; Set appointments and follow up on
leads; Track progress towards meeting sales goals; Collaborate with
the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets;
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads
and sales activities; Stay up-to-date on market trends,
competition, and industry developments; Attend networking events
and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads; Provide
regular reports on sales activities and results to management;
Working closely with marketing and account executive teams to align
messaging and target new business opportunities; Achieving
weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business; Other duties may
be assigned as needed by management. Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients;
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies; Strong
problem-solving and negotiation skills; Time management and
organizational skills; Ability to work independently and as part of
a team; Flexibility and adaptability to change; A desire to learn
and grow in the sales field. Education and Experience: Proficiency
in customer relationship management (CRM) software; Prior
experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in
outbound calling and emailing; Experience as a sales development
representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas; A
diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or
related field. Physical Demands and Work Environment: While
performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly
required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use
hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard;
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
requirements due to computer work; Light to moderate lifting may be
required; Regular, predictable attendance is required; including
quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate; Moderate noise
(i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light
traffic); Ability to work in a confined area; Ability to sit at a
computer terminal for an extended period; Some travel may be
required. Salary Range: $53,000 - $57,000 annually Disclaimer: This
