factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated
countertops, prefabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, faade
panels and cut-to-size items; our west coast facility is home to
the countrys largest selection of pre-fabricated countertops and
vanity tops. Position: Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Develop and execute monthly strategic sales plans to identify
opportunities for account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and
expanding service offerings to existing and new customers to
achieve sales targets driven by organizational goals in peak and
non-peak seasons. Responsible for delivering compelling product
knowledge presentations highlighting our diverse catalog and
competitively priced products. Responsible for introducing new
products to customers. Ensure all leads are entered into the CRM
(Salesforce) software in a timely manner and managed appropriately
throughout the sales cycle. Actively identify and pursue new sales
opportunities and follow up on leads. Stay informed about industry
trends, market conditions and competitor offerings. Participate in
local and out-of-state trade shows, networking events and social
media campaigns to effectively consult customers as needed.
Responsible for conducting weekly calls and customer visits (local
and/or out of state) maintaining an average of 100 connections per
week. Regularly maintain a weekly report on sales calls, leads,
opportunities, travel, and customer meetings to identify gaps.
Identify challenges or issues with customers accounts and develop
creative solutions to address them. Make appropriate
recommendations or changes as necessary for improved customer
satisfaction. Manage & set up displays, towers, samples at
customers locations. Perform other duties as required
Qualifications: At least 1 years of selling experience, Stone,
Kitchen, & Bath experience a PLUS. Local and/or out of state travel
to new markets is required. A minimum high school diploma is
required. Valid Drivers License and clean MVR are required.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is
required. Being a self-motivated team player who works well
independently as well as in a team environment is required. Highly
motivated, self-directed, and result oriented Excellent
communication with customers including, presentation, providing
accurate information, skillful negotiations, timely follow ups
and/or problem resolution and ability to close the sale is
required. Working Conditions: Multiple environments including
office and warehouse. Pay Range:$22hr - $26hr monthly commission If
