Compensation: $160,000 Responsibilities: Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary Qualifications: At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research Real estate license required Commission opportunity Great communication About Company What We Offer: Nationally Recognized Training – Sales and real estate fundamentals.
