Compensation (Southern California Market Competitive) Automotive Sales Consultants in Southern California earn an average total compensation of $35,000 - $110,000 annually , with high performers exceeding that range. Our compensation structure includes: Competitive commission-based pay plan Performance-based bonuses and incentives Earning potential aligned with production and volume Compensation complies with California pay transparency requirements and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
