Rocketseed (USA) Inc is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their energetic, innovative and entrepreneurial team based at our Redlands offices in California.
The Opportunity
Rocketseed develops, markets and sells sophisticated email marketing software. We are a global company with offices in the UK (London), USA (Redlands, California) and South Africa (Johannesburg and Cape Town).

Rocketseed has the tools and techniques available to ensure success and career development. Some of the tools include LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Reply.io and Zoominfo.This is a critical position within the rapidly growing organization of Rocketseed, and much potential for career growth.
Main duties and responsibilities

• Create a consistent monthly amount of new opportunities (SQLs) for the AE and Enterprise sales teams.
• Qualify new opportunities against Rocketseed defined SQL criteria.
• Exceed monthly quota to unlock accelerators and bonuses.
• Source leads and prospects by taking advantage of all available communication channels, i.e. telephone, email, online, social media, networking, etc.
• Connect with decision-makers and grow your network.
• Contact new high-level prospects to schedule the initial demo.
• Work together with Marketing and manage follow up for all inbound/outbound leads.
• Document & record sales activities within Salesforce CRM.
• Contact new company prospects making use of provided tools.
• Add value to the management of our business by contributing new prospecting or sales ideas.
• Take the initiative to completely understand in detail the reason for the prospect interest in our business: The products we offer, the pain points and the value we create for our customers.
• Understand the internal processes we use to deliver for our customers. Product training will be provided by the Rocketseed team.
• Represent Rocketseed and our brand with conviction and positivity at all times.
  Requirements
  
  • Proficient in MS Office and GSuite.
  • Previous sales experience in a similar environment would be beneficial, but we also welcome candidates looking to take their first step into SaaS sales.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesForce.com, Reply.io and ZoomInfo experience.
