Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, PFS.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the collections team to achieve cash collection and
reimbursement goals
Supervise daily operations, ensuring productivity and quality
standards are met
Research payer policies and manage claim denials through the
appeals process
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in Accounts
Receivables
Knowledge of CPT codes, medical terminology, and ICD 10 codes
Experience with Practice Management systems; Xifin experience
preferred
Strong leadership skills and ability to coach staff
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for report creation
