Job Description:
A company is looking for a Special Loans Administrator III to
work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate requests regarding Special Loans functions
following investor and client procedures
Obtain and review information needed to process various requests
related to Special Loans
Manage department inboxes and respond to internal/external clients
regarding Special Loans requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
4+ years of mortgage servicing experience with emphasis on special
loans preferred
Knowledge of Black Knight mortgage servicing systems preferred
Knowledge of HELOC, SCRA, or Special Loans workstations
preferred
Displays leadership qualities and able to work independently
