A company is looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders
among clients
Develop comprehensive plans tailored to each client's business
objectives and revenue goals
Provide strategic guidance and consultation to clients on
optimizing revenue processes and best practices
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical insurance claims
billing and collection
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
focused on client satisfaction
Strong background in customer service, preferably in the healthcare
industry
Experience in tracking and analyzing relevant KPIs
Proficient in Google for Business, MS Office, Excel, and Word
